We are thinking that US need for a paln like Mashal in Europ after world war II, this time under name “Democratic Marshal” in all entire world. To support politics parties and movement who believe and practics democracy.

And guess what most parties in Kurdistan Region, they’re out of democratic classification, specially Barzani and Talbani parties.
The first one is a primitive tribunal party governed by Barzani tribe, and the second one is a oligarchy party, and the Islamics parties they are traitors for an enemy behind bordes.

So, all this alliance (or coalition) proposed from your side, as writor of this article, it’s MEANLESS when we have dictator in head of authority, and they have them own militia (Peshmarga brigade 70 and 80) to use them as “De Fecto” reality.
And every time, both Barzani and Talbani, are using the historic title of Peshmarga as a mask, and regain the respect in Kurdish sociaty. And let me say it clearly:
In Kurdistan region, any military force working under political orders and controle, it’s deserve DIE at less because true Peshmargas are working under parlement orders and belong to people, not under party orders, as it’s today.
